Helping teens step forward
and parents step back.

Helping teens step forward
and parents step back.

Tools for the real-world side of becoming an adult.

Practice Real-World Skills

A structure for parents to help their teens practice the things school doesn’t cover, like self-awareness, managing stress, handling money, navigating relationships, and making decisions when there’s no "right" answer.

Talk About Stuff That Matters

Guided tools act as a neutral third voice, helping families talk about important topics without lectures, arguments, or avoidance.

Create Opportunities

We help teens develop their own agency. We take a skills and problems approach to career exploration and focus on aptitudes, finding mentors, and creating projects.

Designed for busy families

Our online program can be done in small group cohorts or self-paced as a family unit.
